On Friday, January 16, 2026, God called Salvatore Costa peacefully to his eternal home at the age of 96. He is now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Ida Muoio.

Salvatore was a devoted and loving father to his three children, Tonio (Josie Fanciulli), Marina (Umberto Pisignani†), and Rosetta (Frank DeFronzo). His heart overflowed with pride for his grandchildren, Amanda (Anthony Khoraych), Elisa (John Li), Cristina (Jason Medeiros), Marc Anthony, and Diana (Cristian Nuosci), each of whom brought him immense joy. He was also a cherished Bisnonno to seven great‑grandchildren.

Born with a love of singing, celebration, and togetherness, Salvatore lived his life with a warmth that touched everyone around him. He believed in the power of family, the importance of gathering, and the beauty of sharing a meal, a song, or a story.

Salvatore now joins those who went before him in faith, held in God’s loving embrace. His memory will remain a blessing, carried forward in the hearts of family, relatives, and many friends.

May he rest in eternal peace.
