It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Donato Colavita, on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at the age of 73. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Maria Biunno, his loving children Salvatore (Valentina), Antonietta (Wolato) and Teresa, his cherished grandchildren Kiara, Enzo, Romeo, His siblings, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and countless other relatives and friends. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke Street East, on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday morning as of 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at 12 p.m. at Notre-Dame-du-Mont Carmel Church thence to Le Repos St-Francois D'Assise Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to ALS Society Quebec would be appreciated.
