It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of FILOMENA IONATA Galante at the age of 77, beloved wife of Leonardo Galante.

She will be sadly missed by her mother Ida Ionata, her loving children Elena Galante (Francesco) and Dino Galante (Nadia), her cherished grandchildren Noah, Matteo, Samuele, Gabriel G., Daniel, Gabriel M. and Maya, her sister Giacomina (Luigi) and her sister in law Caterina (Salvatore), as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier funeral complex, 10300 Blvd. Pie-IX in Montreal on Thursday, December 18th, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the next morning as of 9 a.m.

A ceremony will be held on Friday, December 19th, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the same location on Blvd. Pie-IX in Montreal followed by a burial service at the Cemetery of Laval, 5505 Rang du Bas Saint-François in Laval.
