IOANNIS KAKOMANOLIS
In Montreal on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the age of 84 years passed away IOANNIS KAKOMANOLIS, beloved husband of Kalliopi Karagiannakis. He will be sadly missed by his wife Kalliopi Karagiannakis, his loving sons George Kakomanolis (Georgia Panagakos) and Michael Kakomanolis (Anna Zachari), his cherished grandchildren John Kakomanolis, Chrysovalandis Kakomanolis, Nektarios Kakomanolis, Sophocles Kakomanolis, Kalliopi Kakomanolis, Joanna Kakomanolis and George Kakomanolis, his great granddaughter Anna Kakomanolis, his sister Kalliopi Fragaki, his numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke East St., Montreal, on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Friday morning as of 8:00 a.m.. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Irene and St. Markella Greek Orthodox Church, 5390 St. Urbain (between St. Viateur and Fairmont Ave.), Montreal. Burial to follow at Le Repos St-François d'Assise Cemetery.
