Nous vous annonçons avec une profonde tristesse le décès de : Madame Phạm Thị Huấn, nom de dharma Nguyên Thọ, épouse de Tề Văn Hạnh, mère, grand-mère et arrière-grand-mère. Elle est décédée paisiblement le 15 février 2026, à l’âge de 93 ans, entourée de ses proches. Née à Vĩnh Long, au Vietnam, elle s’est établie au Canada en 1984. De ses mains habiles, elle préparait de délicieux mets et cousait de magnifiques robes áo dài. Elle a vécu une longue vie remplie de compassion, d'une force tranquille et d'un profond dévouement à sa famille. À chaque stade de vie, sa douceur, sa générosité et sa grâce bienveillante ont marqué tous ceux qui l'ont connue. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Hữu Nhơn Tề (Thị Đoan Trang Nguyễn), Thị Thanh Thảo Tề et Thị Thanh Thủy Tề. Ses petits-enfants Henry Thành Nguyễn (Dominique Gauthier), Steven Đạt Nguyễn et Julie Thanh Lan Wong (Xavier Wong); ainsi que ses deux arrière-petites-filles Makayla Nguyễn et Charlotte Nguyễn. Ils se souviendront d’elle par sa gentillesse et sa force de caractère. Nous exprimons notre profonde gratitude à Maître Heng Chang et aux frères et sœurs du Dharma de l’Association Compassionate Service Society pour leurs prières dévouées, à Maître Quảng Duệ et à l'équipe de soutien du temple Linh Sơn, ainsi qu'aux équipes de cardiologie et de soins palliatifs du CHUM, dont la compassion et l'empathie ont apporté du réconfort durant ses derniers jours. La cérémonie commémorative aura lieu le dimanche 22 février 2026 de 17:30h à 21h au Magnus Poirier 6825 Rue Sherbrooke Est, Montréal, Québec H1N 1C7. Bien que notre cœur soit lourd, nous sommes profondément reconnaissants pour les nombreuses années que nous avons eu la chance de partager avec elle. Elle nous manquera énormément et restera à jamais dans nos cœurs.
In the words of a beloved Vietnamese verse, “Nghĩa mẹ như nước trong nguồn chảy ra” “The meaning of a mother’s love is like water flowing from its source.” With profound sorrow, we announce: Mrs. Phạm Thị Huấn, dharma name Nguyên Thọ, devoted wife of Mr. Tề văn Hạnh, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She passed away peacefully on February 15th, 2026, at the age of 93, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Vĩnh Long City, Vietnam, and immigrated to Canada in 1984. With her skillful hands, she prepared delicious meals and sewed beautiful clothes including elegant áo dài dresses. She lived a long and meaningful life, rooted in compassion, quiet strength, and deep devotion to her family. Through every season of life, her gentle spirit, caring heart, and dutiful grace touched everyone who knew her. She is survived by her children Hữu Nhơn Tề (Thị Đoan Trang Nguyễn), Thị Thanh Thảo Tề, Thị Thanh Thủy Tề. Her grandchildren Henry Thành Nguyễn (Dominique Gauthier), Steven Đạt Nguyễn, Julie Thanh Lan Wong (Xavier Wong) and her two great granddaughters Makayla Nguyễn, Charlotte Nguyễn. Each of them carries forward her kindness and resilience. Our family extends heartfelt gratitude to Master Heng Chang and the dharma brothers and sisters of The Compassionate Service Society for their devoted prayers, to Master Quảng Duệ and the support team of Linh Sơn Temple, to the cardiology and palliative care teams at CHUM, whose compassion and empathy brought comfort during her final days. The celebration of life will be held on Sunday February 22nd, 2026 from 5:30pm to 9pm at Magnus Poirier 6825 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1N 1C7. Though our hearts are heavy, we are deeply grateful for the many years we were blessed to share with her. She will be profoundly missed and forever held in our hearts.
“Nghĩa mẹ như nước trong nguồn chảy ra” Má hiền hậu đảm đang, má là tình thương bất tận nay má đã ra đi. Chúng con vô cùng thương tiếc và xin báo tin: Cụ bà quả phụ Tề Văn Hạnh, nhũ danh Phạm Thị Huấn, pháp danh Nguyên Thọ, đã nhẹ nhàng ra đi vào ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2026 lúc 23:30 giờ, hưởng thượng thọ 93 tuổi. Má sinh ra ở thành phố Vĩnh Long, Việt Nam, và định cư tại Canada từ năm 1984. Với đôi bàn tay khéo léo má nấu những bữa ăn thơm ngon và may nên những bộ quần áo, những chiếc áo dài thật đẹp. Má hiền lương mẫu mực khiến cho mọi người quen biết đều rất quý mến. Má đã sống trọn một đời đức hạnh, luôn hết lòng vì chồng con và cháu chắt, để lại cho con cháu tấm gương sáng về tình thương và đạo nghĩa. Gia đình xin thành tâm tri ân Thầy Hằng Trường cùng quý anh chị em xa gần trong Hội Từ Bi Phụng Sự đã luôn thương tưởng và cầu nguyện cho má, tri ân Thầy Quảng Duệ và ban hộ niệm của chùa Linh Sơn, cùng đội ngũ y bác sĩ và nhân viên bệnh viện CHUM đã tận tình chăm sóc má trong những ngày cuối đời. Tang lễ sẽ được cử hành vào Chủ nhật, ngày 22 tháng 2 năm 2026 tại nhà quàn Magnus Poirier Địa chỉ: 6825 Sherbrooke East, Montréal, QC H1N 1C7 Chương trình: · 15:00 – 17:30: Lễ Cầu Siêu · 17:30 – 21:00: Viếng thăm Gia đình xin miễn phúng điếu và vòng hoa. Nguyện cầu hương linh cụ bà Phạm Thị Huấn pháp danh Nguyên Thọ sớm nhận ra tự tánh quang minh của mình, nhẹ nhàng vãng sanh về cảnh giới an lành. Tang gia đồng kính báo. Trong lúc tang gia bối rối và nếu có nhiều điều sơ suất, kính mong quý Thầy, quý Bác và quý anh chị niệm tình tha thứ.
