It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of SALVATORE DONATO on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the age of 83.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Paola Barreca Donato, his loving children Anna Maria (Giovanni), Sandra (Antonio), Sonia (Steve) and Rosario (Steffani), his cherished grandchildren Antonio (Christina), Biagio (Andria), Paola (Vincenzo), Jessy (Alexandra), Salvatore (Olivia), Alliana, Lara-Mellina and Salvatore, his great granddaughters Giuliana and Olivia, his brothers Giuseppe and Francesco, his sister Clementina (Giuseppe), his sister-in-law Carmela (late Pasquale) as well as nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 222 boul. des Laurentides, Laval, QC. H7G 2T6 on Sunday, January 25, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Monday January 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Madonna Del Divino Amore Church situated on 765, rue Roland-Forget, Laval, QC H7E 4C1 then to the Laval Cemetery, 5505 Rang-du-Bas Saint-François.
