MARIETTA PRESTA (BOZZO)
It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of MARIETTA PRESTA Bozzo at the age of 96, beloved wife of the late Ernesto Bozzo. She will be sadly missed by her loving children Lucia (late Guido), Giuseppe (Mary) and Enzo (Mirella), her cherished grandchildren Franco Eugenio (Nadia), Angela, Adriano (Yasmine), Isabella (Davide), Maria-Lisa (Giovanni), Michele (Amanda), Stefania (Mario) and Giancarlo, her great-grandchildren Sara Kayla, Guido Alessio, Donato, Lucia, Elea-Rose, Daniel, Alyssa, Adriano and Liviana, her sister Ida Presta Spadafora, as well as many other relatives and friends. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier funeral complex, 6825 Sherbrooke Street East in Montreal on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday morning as of 8:30 a.m. A funeral mass will be held Monday, January 19th, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Marie-Auxiliatrice church in R.D.P. (Montreal) followed by a burial service at the Cemetery of Laval. (5505 Rang du Bas Saint-François) In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
Lunedì 12 gennaio 2026 è venuta a mancare all'affetto dei suoi cari la signora MARIETTA PRESTA Bozzo, moglie di fu Ernesto Bozzo. La signora Marietta lascia nel più profondo dolore i suoi figli Lucia (fu Guido), Giuseppe (Mary) e Enzo (Mirella), sue nipoti Franco Eugenio (Nadia), Angela, Adriano (Yasmine), Isabella (Davide), Maria-Lisa (Giovanni), Michele (Amanda), Stefania (Mario) e Giancarlo, i pronipoti Sara Kayla, Guido Alessio, Donato, Lucia, Elea-Rose, Daniel, Alyssa, Adriano, e Liviana, sua sorella Ida Presta Spadafora, ed altri parenti e amici. La salma sarà esposta presso il complesso funebre Magnus Poirier, 6825 Rue Sherbrooke est, domenica 18 gennaio 2026 dalle ore 14:00 alle 17:00 e dalle 19:00 alle 21:00 e lunedì mattina dalle 8:30. La messa sarà celebrata lunedì 19 gennaio 2026 alle ore 10h presso la chiesa Missione Maria-Ausiliatrice a Rivière-des-Prairies (Montreal) e da li, al Cimitero di Laval. (5505 Rang du Bas Saint-François). Al posto dei fiori, i donazioni alla Società Canadese del cancro sarebbe apprezzate.
