It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of GIOVANNA DI MIELE CAPITANIO on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of the late Giustino Capitanio.

She will be sadly missed by her loving children Antonio, Francesco and Daiana (Giuseppe), her cherished grandchildren Justin, Christina, Izabella, Ro, Zachary and Adamo, her sisters Nancy (Nick) and Mary (Salvatore), her brother-in-law Tony (late Gina) as well as other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 boul. Pie-IX on Tuesday December 30, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the salon of the Magnus Poirier Complex.
