A very special lady has bid us farewell.

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our much-loved Carole on July 23, 2025 at the age of 69 years.

Carole, was a woman of conviction and strong principles, she always put her family first. Her life was one of generosity, hospitality and true friendship. Carole’s memory will live on in the lives of everyone she touched and inspired.

Carole will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Salvatore Biunno, her brothers and sisters: Irène, Linda (René Marcotte), Lorraine (Robert Bolduc), Patrice (Nathalie), Milton, Steven and Nathalie (Daniel Robidoux). She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews: Nancy, René, Sandy, Jonathan, Gabriel, Jocelyn, Amélie, Véronique, Guillaume, Lanny, Francis, Steve, Jessica and Audrey, as well as their respective spouses and their children. Carole will also be missed by her brother-in-law, Saverio (Liboria) her nieces and nephews, Giuseppe (Angelina), Carmela (Michael), Olivia (Saverio) as well as her great-nieces and nephews, Giuliano, Massimo, Karina, Layla, Laura, Markus and Chiara.

The family will receive relatives and friends at: Magnus Poirier 6825 Sherbrooke Street east. Montreal, Quebec, H1N 1C7 on Monday, August 11 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12 at Maria Ausiliatrice Parish, at 11 a.m., at 8550 Joliot Curie, Montreal H1E 4C3 (main entrance on Maurice-Duplessis), thence to the mausoleum La Speranza at Le repos Saint-François d’Assise for Carole’s final resting place.

We all have beautiful memories of the great times we shared. Carole’s unwavering love and devotion to her family and friends, and above all, her courage and faith during her final days will be forever remembered. Her beautiful smile and sense of humour will be greatly missed.
