It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Carmela Salera De Angelis, wife of the late Gennaro De Angelis. She passed away on April 13, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Our mother was a source of strength, love and wisdom for all those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts. She leaves to mourn her children Carmine (Mariaelena), late Anna Maria, Marisa (Pierre) and Rita (Stéphane). Her adored grandchildren Yann (Mia), Natasha (Eric), Shawn (Véronique) and Mattia (Laurie-Han) and her treasured great-grandchildren Emma and Noah. She will be sadly missed by her brother Pasquale (Anna), her sisters Marietta, Fiorentina and Rosa along with her nieces, nephews and friends here in Montreal and Italy. Viewing services will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke Street East, on Monday, April 22, 2024, from 14:00 - 17:00 and 19 :00 - 21:00, Tuesday, April 23, 2024 8:30 - 10:45, followed by a funeral service at 11:00. Burial will take place at Le Repos St-François D'Assise Cemetery.
