It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Demetrio Barreca, on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at the age of 94. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Domenica Putorti, his loving children Francesca (Aldo), Bruno (Nathalie) and Anna (Francesco), his cherished grandchildren Anthony (Rhayanna), Domenica (Mick), Simona (Eric), Demetrio (Anne-Claire), Michele (Saskia), Daniela, Stefano, his siblings Bruno, Maria Bruna, his brother-in-law Consolato (Maria), his nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex 6825 Sherbrooke Street East, on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 10 a.m. at San Domenico Savio Church, thence burial at Le Repos St-François D'Assise Cemetery.
